XUC-03 Full Metal Material 5L Ultrasonic Cleaner

1. Join stainless steel tank with water ( or correct detergent as degreaser, abluent ect ), make sure the articles should be immerged well into the water. However, when using the clean ing tank cleaning should be 2/3 of the cleaning tank, must not exceed 2/3. Articles will be cleaned in the cleaning baskets, forbidden by cleaning articles directly on the cleaning tank.
2. Insert plug, switch on the power.
3. Open power switch.
4. Set time value, adjusting scope for 1-60 minutes, usually set for 3-30minutes, especially difficult cleaning, cleaning time can be appropriately extended.
5. Set temp value, adjusting scope for 20-80℃, usually set for 20-40°C.
6. Press START/STOP key, begin to work, the save setting time and temperature, so the next job. During working, you will hear the "sizzling"at means the cleaner running properly. (Do not run the cleaner continuously more than one hour at one time) At the time of ultrasonic cleaner, the time L ED digital tube will show the rest of the time, and temperature LED digital tube will show the actual te mperature. Working time countdown to 0, to stop working, When heated to a temperature of the set value, heat preservation, stop in the state.
7. The working process, press the START/STOP key, ultrasonic cleaning immediately stop oscillation working, but the heating temperature did not reach the set value, this work continues to heat, until heated to stop such as user, shut off the p ower switch.
8. Turn off the power Switch, disconnect the power plug, disconnect the power supply.
9. Empty the tank and clean both the outside and inside of the cleaner with clean and dry cloth for next use.
